The Main Ingredient now airs on REM Fm Spains leading english speaking radio station and HOTFM, the Coast’s only English/Spanish station. Now if you’re thinking “ho, hum....another recipe show” think again, Kelli keeps recipes to an absolute minimum as she says they can always be downloaded from the show blog. She compares the show to a good ‘Food/Lifestyle’ magazine, seeing her role on the show as a ‘Culinary Observationalist’ presenting interesting titbits from within our somewhat ‘food obsessed’ culture. Kelli’s Food news column has appeared regularly in ‘Euro News’ and ‘The Iberian Times’ and her ‘Gabby Gourmet’ articles appeared in ‘Essential Magazine’. As of May 1st 2007, her all new food column ‘Titbits’ will appear each month in the coasts leading lifestyle magazine ‘Hi Magazine’.
Kelli is also the co-host of ‘The Main Edition’ Rem Fm’s prime time Breakfast show with the gorgeous ‘Barry Mitchell’.

169 episodes of The Main Ingredient almost back to back (Ok i had one little break back in Januuary 2006) and I'm now heading off down under!
However don't despair, the powers that be at www.rem.fm have decided to run some of our 'BEST' moments from the show, so you can still pick up your weekly dose of food for the belly AND the brain.
